This position is for a project manager who is expected to fill the gap between business users and technical team. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing, planning, scheduling and monitoring a solution that meets agreed client requirements.

The position may require single or multiple projects at a given time.

Required Experience

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Should have enough knowledge to translate the needs of business users to technical team.
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and team members
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, and within scope.

Required Skills and Abilities

Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
Understanding of project lifecycles, creating specifications, and designing mockups preferred.
Development background is a plus
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts
Strong organizational skills are required to prioritize and meet established deadlines
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Ability to write procedures and documentation. Must be highly motivated, aggressive, and detail-orientated
Must be self-directed and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
