This position is for a project manager who is expected to fill the gap between business users and technical team. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing, planning, scheduling and monitoring a solution that meets agreed client requirements.

The position may require single or multiple projects at a given time.

Required Experience

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Should have enough knowledge to translate the needs of business users to technical team.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and team members
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, and within scope.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
• Understanding of project lifecycles, creating specifications, and designing mockups preferred.
• Development background is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts
• Strong organizational skills are required to prioritize and meet established deadlines
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Ability to write procedures and documentation. Must be highly motivated, aggressive, and detail-orientated
• Must be self-directed and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
