Project Supervisor – Development Team

We’re looking for a Project Supervisor who can keep our development efforts aligned, transparent, and smoothly communicated—internally and with our valued clients.

📍 Location: Gujrat, Pakistan (On-site)

As a Project Supervisor, you'll be the key bridge between our technical team and stakeholders. You’ll track the progress of development tasks, ensure timelines are met, and foster a culture of clear communication and accountability.

What You'll Be Doing:

🔹 Monitor and supervise the day-to-day progress of web and software development projects

🔹 Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients

🔹 Schedule and lead daily standups, progress meetings, and status updates

🔹 Track timelines, deliverables, and identify potential blockers

🔹 Maintain project documentation, update task boards (e.g., Git hub, Clockify, Jira, Asana)

🔹 Ensure client feedback is gathered, shared, and implemented effectively

🔹 Coordinate with QA to ensure timely testing and deployment

🔹 Report project health and KPIs to senior management

🔹 Assist in setting timelines, milestones, and sprint goals

🔹 Ensure clarity in task assignments and deliverable expectations

🔹 Support the team in identifying roadblocks and proposing solutions

Who You Are:

🔹Excellent communicator (written & verbal – English is a must)

🔹Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented

🔹Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of the software development lifecycle

🔹Strong organizational and multitasking skills

🔹Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, ClickUp, Asana)

🔹Able to handle multiple projects and tight timelines

🔹Confident in liaising with developers, designers, QA, and clients

🔹A natural leader with a proactive mindset

🔹A team player who enjoys working with developers and clients alike
