Job Description

We are looking for an online bidder responsible for managing the entire bid process, ensuring a high level of excellence, managing customer proposal requests, and coordinating company bids. They create solutions and develop strategies while complying with customer requirements to achieve their ultimate goal of securing winning bids. A Bidder oversees all aspects of proposal preparation, ensuring quality, compelling requests are submitted promptly. They review all customer requirements to ensure they are met in the proposal and collaborate with various involved parties to include all necessary information within the proposals. Significant negotiation with potential and current clients on behalf of the company to secure deals and implement pricing agreements between vendor and customer. They assist with bid pricing and submit pricing suggestions for review and approval. They must also set up customer profiles in appropriate databases and maintain customer information.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
  • Write web content, draft emails and proposals for projects
  • Have excellent written communication skills to submit high-quality proposals
  • Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions
  • Estimate the project price based on the requirement gathering
  • Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget
  • Review the proposal and other bid response documents promptly
  • Collate information to produce compliant, compelling, and engaging documents on behalf of the company
  • Prepare and review the commercial and non-commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer and that bid adheres to customer requirements and is delivered on time
  • Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites
  • Facilitate all interpersonal communication
  • Manage interaction with clients efficiently
  • Work closely with sales account managers and the business development team
  • Should be comfortable in client interaction
  • Candidates should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets
  • Adhere to compliance and internal processes and approvals throughout the bid lifecycle


Skills:

  • Exceptional experience in bidding online
  • Prior experience in software or Web Development Companies
  • Proven track record of developing new businesses
  • Knowledge of drafting business proposals
  • Good understanding of the online bidding process
  • Excellent communication & Writing Skills
