Glowlogix is currently looking for a Sales Development Representative - to join our team and further grow our successful business. As a Sales Executive person, you are responsible for selling a company's product by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, training, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity that offers career and personal growth.


This individual will work to create, manage, and execute pipeline activities with existing and new clients. The executive will work hard to manage/close high-velocity inbound sales opportunities from current clients. This position is a highly visible role where you will be interacting with diverse businesses.


Responsibilities


  • You are a creative go-getter, you love talking with customers and you quickly recognize client needs
  • Generate business through proactive outreach to new customers via cold calling and strategic email campaigning
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products and sell products through face-to-face meetings.
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
  • Quickly develop value-based business relationships with B2B customers
  • Identify customer needs and requirements
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and consumer psychology
  • Schedule concrete next steps with the customer and the territory specialist, typically a meeting
  • Research, qualify, manage, and track leads and related sales activities
  • Be highly responsive to partners and customers, providing them with the information they need throughout the sales process.
  • Own and manage the sales cycle for assigned accounts, leveraging a value-based selling approach.
  • Track all sales activities in the company HR system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Co-own sales achievement goals against a specified territory and team quota
  • Generate and submit sales reports to management


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1+ years successful track record on SaaS Products as a Business Developer or Sales Executive (technology, software, B2B, etc.)
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Independent, yet a team player
  • Motivation to expand personal and professional knowledge of product and sales skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred.
