Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our full cycle recruitment, who will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

You should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.


Responsibilities


  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
  • Monitor HR department’s budget.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives.
  • Write and post job descriptions on career websites, and university portals.
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters.
  • Conduct phone, Skype, Zoom, and/or in-person interviews.
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
  • Track metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process.


Requirements


  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive or a similar role in the Software Hosue is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency-based, and behavioral).
  • Experience with sourcing techniques.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound judgment.
  • Experience in the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
